I can't get the audio and video to sync and it becomes trial and error with the tech support. Try this and try that. Basically, I try one of their suggestions, spend two hours converting only to find out it doesn't work. Email them back, wait for them to respond. Try what they've suggested in the second email, spend two hours converting (AGAIN), and it doesn't work, etc. Over and over again. I have received FIVE suggestions so far and the audio and video still don't sync. Do not buy this program! It is a waste of money and time.

The software does not convert many formats. Tech support tells you they will fix in a future paid upgrade.
The same is true for the DVD Converter software. Avoid this company - go for something like Cucusoft. (Or at least test the heck out of this before you buy - I wish I would have!)
