"2 weeks no license key, no replies to emails, fraud"
Pros: A good lesson being more careful online
Cons: Do not submit your credit card information to this company. I have yet to receive any contact from xilisoft. Many emails, no replies.
Summary: This online world offers many opportunities for fraud.
If a company does not easily provide an 800 number, don't order from them.
This company has yet to respond to a single email that I have sent.

Pros: This program has a very simple and easy-to-use interface. The image quality is perfect as well.
