Summary
I wish I could give this zero stars because I think a program should at least run to get one star. It took over a minute to load (this is on a nearly new machine). The interface came up flashing back and forth from the interface to a black area. I did get it to turn to a grey area once. It would not load a simple two second file in either MP3 or WAV format when I could get the interface to stay up long enough. The only way the program ever shut down is when the dialog box that says, "Xilisoft iPhone Ringtone Maker has stopped responding," came up. I've tried running this from a fresh boot and it still locks up. Not only does it lock up, but you can't switch between windows when it is running. It may just be something with my machine, but I won't waste my money on it.
