    "It's now a have to for my iPad"

    Pros

    Backup all files for iPad. No matter into computer or to iTunes.
    Share all files in my iPad as well as in my friends iPad.
    Can transfer anything into an iPad.
    Convert videos for iPad.
    More more more.

    Cons

    Very perfect and functional software for my iPad.

    Summary

    This is now a have to for my iPad. I used it for year and nomatter how fast I changed my Apple device this is what I used forever.
