  It's nothing special and for what it offers it's way overpriced compared to many cheaper and free alternatives available.
  
  No editing tools

  Summary

  One annoying thing about this product is that it's geared primarily for iPods and iPads, and suchlike. However, the really big gripe with this is that conversion resolutions are only by preset, and it doesn't let you configure your own. This is exactly the same situation with many cheap and free products, which suggests that the Xilisoft software is merely a dressing over of the free stuff that's readily available.
  
  I have a video in Matroska format at a resolution of 720 X 432 pixels. The nearest resolution available is 720 x 480, but this would distort the picture and squeeze it horizontally. Choosing 'Auto' merely selects the nearest resolution to the source, which again is 720 x 480. Rubbish!
  
  At the price this is sold it really should have some editing tools, but it has none. It's just a simple product for kids who can't be bothered with quality.
  
  My advice is save your money and get something free, because you'll get exactly the same.
