It won't load, which is pretty fundamental

I paid $29+ and the down load brings up a message that the installation program is corrupt or incomplete. I can't load the program. I downloaded the program a second time and have the same results. Of course getting hold of a cyber store representative is almost useless. I may have lost my $29+ effort here. Don't do the same.
Summary
Don't buy it. Every reputable software seller should have a hassle free experience, and not present a faceless, flawed, experience (which in this case ends in money being taken and no software being delivered)

Help will capable with Blu-Ray discs, then I won't have to use Xilisoft Blu-Ray ripper to rip first.
