"Crashed the first time I tried to format"

Summary
This product isn't even finished. The options dialog has tabs that say something like "Tab1" and "Tab2" with nothing on them. The first time I tried to use the "Indent" feature (under the "View" menu for some reason) the application crashed.

Summary
XRay did this right. There are no bells or whistles in this application, just a well-thought out MDI interface and some as-you-type error checking that even changes color as the validity of the XML file changes. Superb.

Summary
I've used several different XML editors (XMetal, XML-Spy, Visual Studio.NET), but XRay is by far the best to learn XML and understand the syntax. It's also great for cleaning up XML documents. It has an indent feature that creates a nice view of the document. There's also a Howto function that connects to an online XML learning system. Very recommended.
