"Very slow, and heavy"

Pros
Like any other telephone device.
Cons
Many bad sides. Extremely slow OS startup and shutdown if you have it installed on your system. Takes lots of memory and system resource. Annoying ads.

It's a usable client if you just dial plain numbers.
Cons
Keypad doesn't work when you dial a number from your address book, so it's useless to me. No Counterpath staff in the official forum for this (even though it's technically adware), so there's no way for me to get the issue resolved .
Summary
If you just need to dial numbers, it does the job, otherwise look elsewhere.
