CUSTOMER SERVICE - I used worktime since 2008. But now that I need a new username and password to download the software to use my product key and they will assist me, unless I buy their newest version. So my money and program is now down the toilet. Try to save a copy of the download - because if you don't - they will try to force you to buy again.
Summary
It's a waste of money if you can't save the program on a disk and keep it forever. The company will not help you when they come out with new versions.
