Pros
It is clear to select the output format ,like for ipod ,itunes ,quicktime .Especially, I find it good to convert the flv files for youtube , mov files ,wmv files for mac.

Nothing.I have not discovered yet.

I purchased a license on a deadline, because we needed to convert some video for a project. We bought it so we wouldn't have to have the burned-in logo on the video, and because we thought if we bought a license the video would convert better. No such luck. Final Cut doesn't like this converter at all. I tried to request a refund, and after 4 emails they are still saying that I haven't justified my case to have a refund granted.
DO NOT USE THIS CONVERTER! -

they refuse to refund my money even though their download didn't work the SIX times I tried (and it screwed up my computer). This company is completely dishonest
Summary
I ordered a cd of the product and paid for it. They didn't send me a cd, they sent me a link for a download that NEVER worked. I tried multiple times, it screwed up my computer and they refuse to refund my money!!! I cannot recommend buying a stick of gum from this company.
