Installed some shopping spyware, corrupted Chrome, installed some music toolbar, hi-jacked homepage and search engines, installed software that could not be disabled. Forced to use Windows Restore to reload system to remove evil virus.

Summary
Sounds like great software but because of not being able to scroll to the bottom of the terms and conditions page I have deleted the program. I have sent e-mail to C-net with no reply. I do not want to agree to anything that I can't see the bottom of. Their phone is in China and I will not be calling them. I get no reply to e-mail.
After downloading I found out all the features do now work on the trial version, so I purchased the software. The tagging of the songs still does not work, and the chat line never answers. I have tried email and it is several days before I get a reply. I am afraid to call the phone number on their web page because it is in China and I don't want to pay the charges.
If anyone can give me a clue please e-mail me jposborne@aol.com

Sabotaged my sound system so that my PC was mute unless WonderShare was running.
Summary
Sabotaged the sound system of my PC; it was mute unless WonderShare was running. It took me some time to figure-out that the recently installed trial version of WonderShare was the culprit. I uninstalled WonderShare, restarted my PC, and my PC sound was back to normal. I DO NOT recomment WonderShare!

Quick install, easy to use, quality sound, works everywhere.
Cons
Has issues with sites like Rhapsody & Facebook if you're on Chrome; like the audio will go mute. Recommend using Firefox with WSAR.

Works great, absolutely great. Definitely worth the $30.
