    "Real bad..."

    Pros

    None, if you want to convert what you download.

    Cons

    I have paid for no service at all speaking about the "convert" tool. Unless this people is hacked, when you try to open the page to load the register number, it cannot be opened.
    Worst of all, I can´t get my money back... where can I claim?

    Summary

    I rate it with a star because system order me to write something, but I should put zero star.
    The only page that can be opened is the one that you use to pay for the service.
    If they have technical problems, they should notice their customers.
