Pros
Fast, reliable, capable of downloading / recording lengthy complete concerts.
Cons
None, for my purposes (but I'm sure Google will soon put it, and other download programs, out of business with re-encoded videos. I decided to pay for the deluxe program because I was feeling guilty for downloading so successfully for free. It puts my former program--Grappler--to shame. You could pick up a free conversion program, but that's extra time. For $29 (but no more), I'm sold for the time being.
Summary
I just don't understand the panning of this program by other users. Maybe they haven't struggled with Handbrake, Grappeler, Roxio Toast, and a host of other programs like I have. At this moment, Wondershare is unbeatable as a youtube downloader/convertyer.
