it has a feature called "stay on top" allows you to measure a flash video; another words it stays on the screen even if you click something else. very helpful feature!

can't make the numbers of the ruler bigger.

I've used many utilities for the last 10 years and this is the best yet. Period.
Also you can use your own tape measure and use the program options in real time to calibrate your on screen ruler to make it precision accurate.
