I saw a reviewer say that it doesn't work with Win 7,64 bit, - But that's what I have on a desktop unit, and TWO laptops. - It works just fine! - Once you have it, you can't live without it.
Besides, if it doesn't work out for some reason, just UnInstall it. -

It worked great on Windows Vista...after using it for awhile, I don't know how I ever got by without it!

It won't work on my new pc :( I've installed it several times, and it never works. If I don't click on the window, I can't scroll on it.

1. Totally transparent installation. Basically, click download, click 'Install' and go.
2. Beautiful smooth scrolling action, including accelerated scrolling.
3. Scrolling inactive windows is tremendous help.
4. And it's free!Cons
Not really a con, but I had to unlearn years of scrolling opposite way. But it is well worth it.

I was really disappointed to find a feature in Ubuntu Linux that didn't get incorporated into Windows... wait, no I'm not. Microsoft would never think of something this awesome. :D
Point being stated, WizMouse is amazing for being such a simple tool; allowing easy scrolling of any window your mouse cursor is under. Why switch windows just to scroll down a couple line? EVERY OS needs this built in, as it saves time and boosts productivity. Simple to say, I love it, and even though it's freeware, give 'em a couple bucks for their trouble! -

Just works! Does exactly what is intended.
Developer is active in making sure it does just that. Has worked through all problems at this point.
If you use multiple monitors or a large single monitor and keep more than one window open at a time - you need this program.Cons

I find myself using this tool on all of my web sites. It makes for easier navigation.

Some times the mouse is too sensitive and it gets a little out of control

Sometimes the program does not recognize that it is in a scroll box and doesn't work.
Summary
80% of the time this program works flawlessly. 20% of the time it does not acknowledge that it is inside a scroll box and either freezes or crashes.
