Version: Wise Registry Cleaner 3.2 build 110
"Thorough, Can Select and Exclude"
Pros: This was a thorough scan - the interface wasn't as pretty or simple as RegCure or Registry Mechanic but it was certainly standard (Tool bar at top, choices to click on left, and results in center. You have to click on a file to see why it was chosen which is a little time consuming. It does list where the file is. Unlike RegCure or Registry Mechanic, it's free to delete all of your entries rather than just one or two categories unless you pay. (RegCure deleted 9 for me in the free scan, although it discovered almost 2000, and is under $30 (worth the money - I just don't have the money.) Registry Mechanic only discovered a few hundred, and deleted maybe 50. This one discovered close to RegCure, but deleted all of them.) I noticed some files related to torrents listed in this registry cleaner though and not RegCure but I was able to put them in the exclusion list. You have the options to choose which areas of the registry to scan and which results you want to keep or add to the ignore list. There are other options to explore. It's not as fast as registry mechanic or regcure - but for what you get it's definitely worth the downloading. You can make a backup of your registry and restore everything if it doesn't work. I have tried the other free ones here - but so far this is better than the free versions of Registry Mechanic and RegCure. (All were safe downloads.)
Cons: I wanted to go to the help files to see what one of the categories were but the links didn't work - however I'm using Opera Beta version and it's possible it's my browser. It would be nice if the reason the registry entry was chose to be fixed was listed in a column instead of having to click on it. But still definitely worth the download.

Pros: It's fast, but the best feature for me is that I set the level option to "beginner" and the scan results show what is "safe to delete". I really need that. The initial scan cleaned out a lot of unecessary, invalid, etc. entries, and my machine did run faster. So, I recommend this. And it's free!!! Fantastic.

Pros: I use this product since version 1. And I always delete all entries. I have never had any problem with it.
