I love this freeware. I used it to find and get rid of lots of unneeded "stuff" on my computer - "stuff" that was slowing it down.
Cons
Check what might be removed before you actually have it removed. Tip: If you don't know what it is, don't have it removed on the 1st pass. Instead, research the unknown "stuff" (Google is your friend; so is a reference librarian at the local public library - he/she can research what you need to know and help you self-educate.) Once you know what the unknown "stuff" Wise Disk Cleaner found is, you can run another scan and decide to remove the "stuff" or not.
Summary
I consider Wise Disk Cleaner essential.
