I avoided all the crapware and the install program tried to give me and subsequently the install failed.
Cons
For me, it didn't install.

CNET if you want to give people good software get rid of all the crapware and check the programs install without it.

This software can help you configure your wireless connection more optimally. It helped me to choose a more stable wifi channel for my area.
Cons
Special offers in the installer are likely things you want to avoid. It has been my experience that they are usually spyware/malware related. I can't say for certain that these are, or not, but the extra software is unnecessary. So just Skip them when the installer asks to be on the safe side.

interface is a little odd. not sure why negative reviews tho, just skip adware, not a scam for me.

bundled crapware, but you can skip it during installtion anyway.
