Pros
Check the boxes that you want to clean. Wipe will clean recent documents, clipboard, recycle bin, prefetch files, auto complete history, MUI registry cache, run mru list, search for history files, user assistant cache, temp files.
And cleans recent wallpaper, history of shared folders, temporary internet files, RSS feed cache, unread mail logon screen counter, clean history of past tray notification icons, typed URL history, search history from Googlr toolbar, windows media player and much more. You can right click on any item to clean for more information and view the item. After you choose what you want to clean just click the delete button.
Cons
Wipe has to scan all files and folders before anything can be deleted.
