I used WMP 10, now I'm STUCK with 11 in Sh/Vista.
SIMPLE, NO ADS, useful controls you can get to.
YOU CAN READ YOUR LYRICS - they don't appear in a 4-line UNSIZEABLE window! (This is starting to READ LIKE DVORAK'S editor got hold of it)
No fancy eye candy or marketing bloat. It just does what I want done.
Winamp is OK, but TOO TINY to use - and WHERE ARE THE CONTROLS HIDING? I have found a few skins that have made it marginally usable, but have always gone back to WMP, even in the sad state it is in now (11). I guess it does a lot of cool things, but I don't need to do a lot of cool things - except get and read the lyrics with EvilLyrics.
Cons
It won't install on Vista.
