"If I paid money I'd ask for it back"
Pros
-no money down, luckily
-prelisted in the Windows 7 program menu, so you don't end up taking the time time from yourself to discover it
-they do get some credit for making the attempt to do direct source editing for the major video hosters, however I can not speak for allCons
-No timeline
-MS fails to acknowlege nor satisfy the consumer's needs and patch the program
-Instead of making the program easier from MS ommisions, it actually has a more difficult interface to those are not use to iconsSummary
Why was the timeline so important? What Microsoft failed to realize was its use for proper lip syncing of sound to stop motion frames. However, this is non-existant in this version. This is a major inconvenience upgrading my OS for this. Whoever was the director in charge of making these horrible program ommissions without utilizing the proper focus group on what the consumer really needs for this product, needs to be fired. Given their profit-hungry history though, sadly though, I'm not too surprised this happened. I even had to help classmates with this thing repsectively, because the interface was not as easy to navigate like before. If it was not for the knowlege of what I was able to do on the previous movie maker applications, then I would not have joined the low star club. It would have been different if I only was just introduced to this in it's less functional state now.
