  "Excellent, downloaded it the first day it was out."

  Pros

  Microsoft has done it again, yet another product that everyone can use on any computer.
  ---Faster
  ---Feature Rich (like it could find more things over IE7 to improve upon)
  ---Safe and Supported unlike Firefox (read the fine print)

  Cons

  Had a little trouble with tabs closing quickly when clicking on the "x" but I'm sure they'll update that within weeks.

  "Installed ie8 twice...Didn't work well either time."

  Has nothing going for it.

  Cons

  Very slow and would seize up. Would have to restart continuously.

  Summary

  Advertised as being faster. Not my experience. EI7pro works great. Sticking with that. Overall, extremely disappointing.

  "Tried and hated it."

  Nothing at all.

  Cons

  Wont let you use it unless http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=69157 is your default. Aol users, nothing, wont work, have to change it to the above.

  Summary

  Don't use it if aol is your default search.
