    "DVD region codes compatibility"

    Pros

    Installation was easy on my 64bit W7 PC.

    Cons

    Soon after playback I got a DVD region error and the DVD which I have watched many times stopped playing. During installation I was forced to select English(US) as the language. No option for proper English but I don't think that was the cause of the error.

    Summary

    Maybe the product has some regional settings that aren't apparent.

    Hi, I'm the author of the package.
    Firstly you've written a review for the wrong package. Mine does not have a language selection during install at all. I am in fact British, not American, so the package is written in British English.
    Secondly, region protection is nothing to do with codecs. When you changed region on your drive a dialog has been displayed warning you that you could only change region 5 times.
