  Version: Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3)

  "Will not install"

  Summary: When I try to install this service pack on my computer it will freeze during the updating process, I have tried numerous times in numerous ways! I thought it might be slow so I left it sit for over a day, but it was still frozen during the upgrade. I couldn't shut down the computer after the failed SP3 installation, so I hadd to hardware reboot. It looks like I will have to wait for the fix for SP3 before I can install it.

  I tried to down load the service pack 3 and it messed up my computer.I had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall everything .I contacted microsoft and told them of the problem.Have of them don't even speak english.DON'T INSTALL SERVICE PACK 3.
