Version: WinZip 11
"It's a ripoff"
Cons: Compared to what the competition does for free WinZip is vastly overpriced.
It gets better with each version, but it's still lacking features that are more important and those can be found in 3 other programs that come to mind. All are free and one of them is also Open Source.
Personally I'll stick with 7-Zip

First of all, 7-zip got NO advance installer.
Second, 7-zips GUI is everything but not nice.
7-zip got no tips.
.. missing extras you can found in WinZip.
However, I agree in that it can create smaller archives and the commandline support looks nice and it's built-in and free :).
By my opinion, you shouldn't give only 1 star.

It would have been nice if you would have mention the competition so that we could do our own comparisons. You only mention 7 Zip, but not where to find it.
