Overloaded with things that I will never use. The older versions were better. There are better versions available, get that instead that does the job and does it well.

I like that you can zip and unzip files. I like the fact that zipped files take up less space on my hard drive and are still there so I don't get the file missing, or have the file put back on my harddrive because it wants the file there. It works great for those uninstall files. I can safely keep them in the same file, where Windows wants them to be (and will replace them if you try to delete them), and at the same time I can free up more drive space.
Cons
I don't like the fact that it isn't already one of the software programs that comes standard with Windows.
