Version: WinXP Manager 4.94.2
Pros: WinXP Manager does it all. Safely removes useless junk on your disk, cleans and repairs errors in your registry, defrags your registry, and recovers space on your hard drive. WinXP Manager also has a startup manager and an uninstaller that perform excellant, also. I really like the process manager feature. It shows all the running processes on your pc like your task manager does, but marks in red the ones you need to run your pc. The others you can kill, to recover memory. I think WinXP Manager has about 28 features total, all very usefull to tweak and speedup your pc. 5 Stars and Two thumbs Up!

service watcher - multimedia device,directshow&direct3D,media player
manager -startup manager also inform about new entries -
1 click repair)
-Cleaner(disk analyzer & defragment - uninstaller manager -
1 click removes : unnecessary folders,junk files,reg keys[always
asks if you want to create backup point])
-Customization manager for Windows System,Menu,Icons,Wallpaper
-Customization manager for Windows security & network settings
All features in only 9.56 Mbytes .
It will not disrupt other process & use not much RAM .
Fairly easy to use concerning 1 click features , but
basical system knowledge are required even for them .
Not so easy for other features : specific knowledge required
(absolutely not for beginners) .
Good & complete tool with many,many features allowing
users to fully customize XP OS , lightweight &
efficient , excellent reg & junk cleaner .
Cons: Some errors in reg scanning &...
$$$...expansive !

"nice...but is it safe enough !?"
Pros: smart look. found some new tweaks, not found in other such programs, like crt refresh rate manager, right-click context menu manager, etc. has several other useful utilities too.
Cons: inspite of scrubbing my pc with 3 other well-known registry cleaners just b4 it, it still found 364 invalid registry entries ! i chose not to delete them ! so how safe is it !?

"May be great but you have to add on's and never complete."
Pros: Hard to tell. With the needed add on's you spend a lifetime trying to download them and are lost before you get started.

"Great for starting off a new computer."
Pros: It has optimizations for increasing and tweaking the Windows OS which helps to speed it up. Tweaks internet connections to make it faster.
Cons: Make sure you know what you are doing. This program is not user friendly, and you can mess upi Windows if you don't know what you are doing, such as changing Advanced Internet Explorer settings.
