    "Poor Customer Service!!!!"

by wildstar on June 23, 2005

Pros: Great feature, low memory usage

Cons: I needed to reinstall all my stuff due to a hard disk problem. There's NO way to get in contact with customer service. I bought this thing and I need the reg number to reinstall it, but there's no way to contact them. Oh, their integration with Credit Card companies is great, the bill came rapidly into my VISA bill...

    "program screws up"

    by morwyn13 on March 27, 2005

Pros: great idea, too bad it doesn't work!

Cons: i liked this software, so i bought it. when i tried to register the product, it froze. so, i tried contacting support and the ONLY WAY to do so is to send sysinfo to them, but once again, i couldn't because THE PROGRAM FROZE AGAIN. there is no way to contact tech support. these people say there is only ONE reason you can't connect & that's due to a firewall. I DIDN'T HAVE MINE RUNNING. so, i've shelled out money for this program and i have no recourse. this sucks. oh - and this was on a clean install of XP sp2, and i only had installed 2-3 programs WHICH I WAS SURE WERE NOT RUNNING. i retried uninstalling & reinstalling a few times, i closed all programs, yada, yada, yada. this blows.

    "WARNING: !!! DON'T BUY THIS !!!"

    by REPOM4N on August 24, 2006

    Pros: Good product.

Cons: No support whatsoever. I have lost days to try and find the owners. The company name is not even in the EXE.

I guess they think that when we change are computer, we're gonna pay another 10 bucks!? Damn, that program was one of the reasons I changed my machine!!!

All I see that I'm left with is to try and crack the damn thing.

Well, the lowest I can give it is 1 star...

"Won't work once you buy it. Guaranteed!"

    by megreen831 on August 18, 2006

Cons: I liked the shareware for the 7 days it ran. Then I purchased the software for 9.95. But the error I get when I use the key they mailed me says the key is bad or was already used. The only way they accept input for support is through the help about screen, but without the registration key, the app won't run. Emails go unanswered. No phone support available.

Any emails sent are auto-replied with "we do not read our emails due to the volume of spam we receive".

"Activation fails and no support available"

    by mark366 on May 11, 2006

Pros: Software is very cool, does what it advertises

Cons: The software appeared to work nicely during the trial, but when I purchased it, the activation failed. When you purchase the product, they send you a serial number that appears to be tied to your hardware configuration. (Beware if you plan to use it on a different computer than the one you registered it on, or if you're planning to purchase a new computer soon and might want to transfer the software to your new computer -- my guess is that it won't work.) The activation isn't complete until the software calls the mother ship, which failed for me for no identifiable reason. Support is not available from the vendor until you upload information about your system to the author's web site, and that failed too. If my emails don't get a response, it looks like I'll be putting this purchase in contest. Too bad the activation process is so hopeless -- something you can't possibly discover during the trial period. If I'd known, I wouldn't have purchased this software.
