    "Good for little secrets"

    April 12, 2012  |   By LiliaMSU

    Pros

Not good for big (CIA, FBI, Cydonia...) type of secrets...

    Cons

    Hides those embarrassing 1970-80's photos.

    Summary

I really love this program, it hides the files in less than a second no matter how big they are. ''Seyfi84'' says there is a way to access the hidden folders with the right program, so if you have big secrets, you can use Androsa File Protector, it's simply the best and it's free. Or... lock your entire computer with Smart PC Locker Pro , here is their site:

I just saw a program very similar to WinMend - it's called ''WISE FOLDER HIDER'' - I don't know if it's the new-improved version of WinMend. I read that it cannot be opened with other programs. Dear ''Seyfi84'' - if you want you can test Wise Folder Hider. (It's a free program)

wise folder hider is also the same crap. just use 7-zip File Manager and you'll see a 4 dot folder at the root, instead of 3 dot. Both tools are unreliable because they exploit an explorer bug and undefined behaviour of Win32 API.
