    "does not hide files"

    Pros

    folder does not show in directory when hidden, files cannot be accessed while hidden

    Cons

    Files will show up in Windows 7 search!
    Does not actually hide files, folder will show up under c:/windmend~folder~hidden...., they cannot be accessed but are definately not hidden
