This shut down program is more than that. It will allow you to automate a number of different types of things that you would like to schedule.
Cons
It only allows you to use it to schedule one items. If you want to do a different thing, it will cancel a previously scheduled task.

A certain number 1 free antivirus picked the vista shut down as a false positive. To those who don't understand jargon, a false positive means it see's it as a virus, but WinMend was ok.

It does what it claims to do. easy install, simple to use like 1, 2, 3. doesnt use lot ram, looks great n u can change the window colour to suit your needs, it is free. It is from Winmend, a great usually free program providable. secured.

Summary
i dl this prog along with others to shut down my lil brother computer whenever he falls asleep. The program only allows 1 assigned tasks so wont work in my scenario: scenario: assigned to shut down at 10, 12 and 1. shut down window pops up at 10pm, he cancels it when see warning, so next task jumps in s/down at 12, he cancels, then next task at 1am and hes asleep so it turn off. Just because he was a wake at the first task doesnt mean we wont need a back up task. Neverthless, a great program. Give Winmend Folder Hidden a try: its free as well.
