Version: WinLyrics 2.31
"My first choice lyrics plugin."
Pros: Winlyrics comes with an extensive set of options, for both appearance and lyrics management.
It uses three sources for lyrics - the web, mp3 tags, and text files. You can prioritise each, choose how and in which directory the lyrics are stored (if using a text file) and easilly edit lyrics from the main winlyrics screen or through the text or tag files of the song.
Winlyrics uses winamp's playlist skin, meaning that when using non default skins winlyrics will always blend in.
Retrieval of net lyrics has a good success rate, even for the lesser known songs it can often manage results.
WinLyrics also gives you the option to add extra keyboard controls to winamp, which is incredibly handy, especially for cycling through tracks (it removes the need for any control plugin separate from winamp).
This is a fully featured program and in my opinion the best in it's category.
Cons: The lyrics success and accuracy rate could still be better. It could also do with a good wizard upon installation to better configure options as they are a little tricky to get used to at first.
