Editors' review

If you're in search of a tool that can quickly and reliably unlock your Windows and Office product keys, this freeware has you covered.

WinGuggle is a basic, no frills program that has only one fundamental function; to find your original product key. The program comes in a compressed file, but as soon as you open it, it is a quick click to find your product key. The main tab immediately displays product keys for the Microsoft products installed. In this same tab, users can customize the owner and organization information. The Tools tab allows you to add pertinent information as you see fit. Users can then choose to back up this information.

Any one can use this simple but effective tool, and we recommend it for any users needing to locate Microsoft product keys.

"Works - you get the Office product key - with adware!"

    January 03, 2013   |   By mpxavier123

    Version: WinGuggle 2.4

    Pros

It works like it says. I have windows 7 and office 2007 and it gave me the product key for office 2007.

    Cons

It also gives you adware, opens up browsers on download, and adds extensions to chrome.

    Summary

Works but comes with it adware.

    "No Frills?"

    November 12, 2012   |   By markjenk

    Version: WinGuggle 2.4

    Pros

Well it did seem to work still some testing

    Cons

The no frills label CNET gave it is wrong. In this case however no frills wouldhave been better, it opened my browser to some dumb sell me stuff web site. Unlike what CNET said you don't jsut uncompress and run, you have to uncompress twice, once for the zip file and once for the unknown .exe.

    Summary

    Not so pleased with it.
