Pros
I use both this and filezilla they are the only 2 ftp products you will ever need

On some servers it can be slow but this is normaly becouse of an incorectly set up server.

Ease of use for the interface. Drag and drop file transfer.
Cons
It fails to transfer the entire file. The last 100 bytes or so (it varies) are missing. If you're transferring a PHP file to a server, you'll get errors from the server because part of your file is missing.
Summary
I can't tell you how many hours it cost me looking at my PHP files for errors because this tool doesn't transfer the entire file. Give this tool a pass and get FileZilla instead.
