Version: WinASO Registry Optimizer 2.0.5
Pros: I have tried all the registry cleaners on the internet,(over 100)in the last two years,and WinASO is one I'm keeping. I have weeded most the others out and have only five left. Some users feel one registry cleaner is enough, but they all find junk the others miss,because none of them find everything. If you're interested in the other four I kept of over a hundred I tried, they are: TuneUp Utilities,Ashampoo,Ccleaner,and Registry First Aid.
Cons: Needs a full function free trial. Will only repair 10 errors at a time-most users will have more than 10.

Pros: It helps u to fix windows errors and with multi optimizer..cant live without, i personally using winaso, ashampoo, tuneup utilities, registry 1st aid,ccleaner. All of the above combined together, so far..i feel the best is WinaSO and RFA and tuneup utilities and yea..one more registry medic is one of my favourite as well.
Cons: none.

Pros: best registry scanning software i have used, and i have used countless of such programs. it's so safe, you do not have to back up your registry. i have used it so many times and have yet to restore my registry. it's an almost free program, just select a few sections to scan and fix them, than repeat for the next few sections until your registry is clean. comes with optimizing functions.
Cons: having to scan many times as it only fixes 10 errors. but i can deal with this flaw. solution is to select a couple of sections to scan, fix the errors than select a couple of other sections and deselect the previously selected sections, repeat until registry is clean.

"Be sure to get versin 2.06 for free or its full version."
Pros: I rarely recommend the full version of a software product which also has a decent free version. Both work fine, but when I ran this excellent registry cleaner, it found 767 errors! I did not want to spend hours scanning and then being able to delete only 10 errors at a time. If you have a lot of time on your hands to keep re-scaning and fixing only 10 errors at a time, then the freeware is for you. I wanted to fix all of my errors with one scan, so I bought the full version. I think it is well worth the money. I recommend you go to the company's website to get latest version: 2.06. Download.com needs to get the latest version of this program.
I use SBC DSL, and boy was I shocked at how much faster my Win XP SP2 system is running now. Once you download this software, I recommend that you execute its three main functions: Clean Registry, Speed Up System, and Repair Internet Explorer (if you use IE). Before running Repair Internet Explorer, many users may want to uncheck the first option which clears out whatever home page you are currently using. It is not a big deal to reset this. Go to Tools, Internet Options, and enter your home page on the address bar.

"Argggh do I need to buy another Registry cleaner??? YES!!"
Pros: I have at least 6 different registry cleaners + others included in various software packages.
This is one of the best. The "speed up system" is useful - I have noticed very good improvement with my PC's speed.
WinASO has a definite edge over most others. Highly recommended...
