WidgetRunner for Mac provides a quick way for you to move Dashboard widgets to the desktop area. All native and some custom-installed Mac widgets we had on our test machine worked flawlessly with this app. However, the developer states that there is a possibility that some custom-installed widgets you have may not work. In such a case, you are free to send feedback to the developer.
