"I LOVE IT!"
Version: Weebly 1
Pros
East to create and maintain. I've created multiple pages, picture pages, and absolutely love it. I have also received so many compliments on my website. And I didn't even need any help to do anything. I did it all by myself.
Cons
I've used Weebly for about a year now and have had no issues whatsoever.

"Easy to use, easy to edit, - anyone can use it!!"
Version: Weebly 1
Pros
We've been using Weebly for a while now and love its ease of use, the simply way to editing pages, uploading videos, adding files and everything else you can do with your sites. The HTML insert tool is one of the best things on offer.
Cons
It won't protect your files if you want to sell an e-product. You need to link it to a service like EJunkie if you want to have your files secure.
Summary
We love it and are sure it will continue to grow its features. The only issue for a newbie is that there is no structure how to go from registration to publishing a professional look site, so we created a guide at http://www.HowDoIGetAWebsite.co.uk and we think nearly anyone would find it useful to create their first website.

"Weebly may not be perfect, but it is almost there"
Version: Weebly 1
Pros
* Free - with all the basic tools available
* Easy to use - very intuitive
* Quick to launchCons
* You need to have some basic HTML / CSS coding background in order to make any "sophisticated" changes
Summary
Bottom line - you're getting A LOT of value already with a free platform such as Weebly. If you don't upgrade to Pro, it's still a fantastic tool for everybody to start off in the world of website building.
There are other services around Weebly that may help complete a Weebly user's experience. If you don't know how to code with HTML / CSS to design your website layout, there are other independent template providers that offer up very nice templates at a very reasonable price. Since you're getting Weebly for free already, this is a very good value proposition. An example is DivTag. It really fills in a gap for those Weebly users that want good templates beyond the basic default Weebly themes. Here's their address:

"Very easy and fun to use website building tool!"
Version: Weebly 1
Pros
Weebly is free to use and no setup or installation is needed. They have many templates to choose from and their drag and drop interface is simple and user-friendly.
Cons
There is a 'Create a free website with Weebly' footer at the bottom of the created site. This can be removed only after you have upgraded to the Pro version.
Summary
I have always wanted to build my own website.
I have tried reading books about 'C-programming', 'HTML', and 'Dreamweaver', but always seem to either fall asleep by the fifth page, or equate what the book was saying to nuclear physics.
Therefore, I am very thankful and grateful to Weebly for providing such an excellent and easy to use website building tool. -
"Weebly is easy to use but is WAY TOO SLOW."
Version: Weebly 1
Pros
Weebly is easy to use
Cons
it is way too slow and takes way too long. Yola looks almost the same but has more banner flexibility and is faster. Piczo alows you to put alot of stuff anywhere.
Summary
I really like the simplicity of weebly but just hate that it is so slow. It was impossible to manage the text on my blog page and any other blank page so its pretty much useless. Some of my friends also have this problem.

"It is very easy to create a site that looks top notch"
Version: Weebly 1
Pros
I have just come across weebly in the last few days. Yes I know I am slow off the uptake. I just wanted to see some examples of websites that other people have created. I have made one that I am very happy with redfoxmarketing.co.uk .
Cons
You can't edit the CSS.
