    "Great product, excellent support"

    Pros

    Incredibly fast, excellent array of features,
    Excellent support

    Cons

    Experiencing some firefox crashes since installed, suspect browser plug-in incompatibility - "odd" features on back-up, one of which is a delete key which actually deletes folders from your computer, something which I have been told will be addressed, though no time frame given.

    Summary

    I gave the product 5 stars because even though there are a couple minor "issues" noted, Webroot
    support has been top drawer.
    Company which has people monitoring reviews and offering assistance on a review by review basis, is, IMO, dedicated to offering the best possible product they can.
