    "Would not reccomend"

    January 2, 2012  |   By eak81555

Service was excllent while purchasing the software. Downhill from there.

Not long after purchasing a two year protection program, my computer was infected with a virus that actually removed the protection from my computer. Webroot won't do a think to help unless I pay more for "virus removal." Very frustrating - and expensive. I've never had issues with an antivirus before and am sorry I ever gave this one a chance. Should have stuck to my old standbys.

What's the point of an antivirus that doesn't protect you from viruses?
