  "Misses a lot"

  Pros: The spyware protection runs quietly in the background withut slowing my machine.
  Simple install

  Cons: Missed Trojans on 2 occasions. I called for removal assistance, they charged me $50 and told me to download and run malwarebytes??
  It was already on my machine. Needless to say I am shopping for new protection.

  Summary: Webroot was a good antivirus program, Internet Security Suite doesn't cut the mustard.
  They should be spanked for using malwarebytes to clean up their failures, and have the nerve to charge for the recomendation, find a new security suite

  Once again, last night, Webroot missed the vundo virus- malewarebytes caught it and got rid of it.
  What happened to what used to be a good program???
