    "Fake ! Worst Antivirus Ever"

    May 14, 2011  |   By NischayPro

    Pros

    Doesn't deserve to have one

    Cons

Removes important system files. Deletes harmless files.
Doesn't catch a trojan. Slows down the computer. I can't even believe that it is 1st in the internet-security-suite-review.

    Summary

I download Webroot and installed in the normal procedure. After installing I ran a full scan of my system. After the scan it showed 18 files (most were in system32 and were .dll's) infected with some kind of virus. So I clicked quarantine. Tomorrow when I booted my computer my computer showed error missing .dll files.

I sent an email through my other laptop to the tech. They said I deleted those files and Webroot had nothing to do with it .The only way to restore then is by installing the OS again.

Kaspersky is much more better. It though slows down my computer a bit but has a far more better detection rate then Webroot. I insist everyone to download another antivirus NOT THIS PLEASE OF JUNK.

You don't know what you are talking about, try it on a clean install before you run Webroot on your computer with trojans and virusses installed.

It never delete system files by itselfs, impossible.
