Version: Webroot AntiVirus with AntiSpyware & Firewall 6.1
"Horrible experience if something goes wrong."
Pros: It did it's job unless something went wrong. I will explain below.
Cons: Program won't work on any install if you go over the amount of installs that your license requires. This was an error after I had to re-install on my laptop. I will explain this in detail below since I have no room to do so here.
Summary: I bought 5 licenses so I could put this on all of my computers I was good up until my birthday 2010. Yes, I really like this program. So after awhile my laptop started acting up and it was the spyware program causing the problems and there was no way... read more

"horrible tech.support horrible product (ROBBERY!!!!!!!)"
Pros: LOOKS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL
Cons: MEMORY HOG / DONT PAY FOR JUNK SOFTWARE THAT WONT FIX ANY THING/ HARSH TECH SUPPORT UNLESS YOU LIKE SARCASM / HAIR PULLING FRUSTRATION

Pros: server management tools
Cons: I used this on my network and still a trojan managed to downlaod the antivirus pro 2010 virus and when i ran a full scan locally the thing didnt get rid of it.

Pros: webroot has always been in the forfront of the Battle against criminals and if one did thier homework correctly they would see or,have read the FBI reports.To belittle this product is just plain "STUPIDITY".Clean-up your PC's Boys and learn some'N.
Cons: Pricing$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.Times R hard.

Pros: There are none If I could have I would have given it a -5. Perhaps cnet should add the capability to rate a product in the negative range.
Cons: it sort of works, the level of support from Webroot is non existent unless you pay extortionist amounts of money to actually talk to someone.
Summary: their software allowed a drive by shooting from a malicious website!! All it did was give me a warning but was unable to block the malicious package. I immediately did a complete system scan and it detected nothing. Upon doing a system shutdown an... read more
