"Desktop Sharing Doesn't Work & Customer Service is Poor"
Pros: Good interface, easy to use, intuitive
Cons: Desktop sharing feature freezes up and crashes your computer.
The only-email customer service is terrible, even if you're a paying customerSummary: This is a good product if you just want to use the free portion. "buying and keeping this product i dont know"
Pros: its ok. work fine in some ways crash ur browzer at times, if you turn on the cam when your going to a chat page that used the camara play soe vids ok tooo they try to inprove all the while

Pros: I'd like to talk about is the ability to instantly switch between your camera, a live view of your desktop either following the mouse, using selected pixels, or just your entire screen, and displaying of videos.
Cons: Satisfied so far.
