WebM8 allows you to save time when filling out Web forms and logging on to sites, but the application has a steep learning curve.
WebM8's simple interface contains a number of buttons and text boxes for storing log-in data. It looks easy enough, but we strongly recommend you read the Help file to fully understand all the options. WebM8 should handle the passwords and log-in information for most users. The program's 19 libraries each hold up to 30 Web and log-in data forms.
WebM8 doesn't start seamlessly. Before you can use the autofill feature, you must manually add entries using its utilitarian editor. For each site a number of slots are provided for entering your username, password, and associated URL, and you can add simple commands to fully automate filling in and submitting Web forms.
After the initial setup, entering log-in form information is much quicker. Security is addressed with WebM8. The program offers the option to create separate passwords for usage and editing entries. It also includes settings to deactivate the program under predetermined conditions. Novices may find this utility difficult to set up, but more advanced users will appreciate the time-saving benefits afforded with this tool.

WebM8 has always had the ability to cope with logon screens that ask a different security question each time and the latest version even automates logon screens which ask for three different characters from your password. WebM8 data files are securely encrypted using the Blowfish algorithm with a 256 bit key. Version 7.4 includes unspecified updates.
