Version: WebEx WebOffice
"The future of business - online"
Pros: This product is what I've been waiting for. This is the way to get everyone working together - without having buy and manage software or add servers. It's got Group Calendars, WebEx Conferencing, Task Manager, a powerful Database app, and Document storage and more. It's easy to use, and everyone in the company can share information in real-time from wherever we work. I can work from home or on the road and be connected to the office without VPN hassles, too. This is where the web finally lives up to its potential! Love it! Oh, I also just heard that they're adding email too.

"Frustrating tech support and getting product going."
Pros: Had liked that CRM and document, also calendars, tasks, etc. could all be under one umbrella.
Cons: Tech support seems poorly trained; conflicting answers re. tech questions, and have several times received wrong information. Transfer of documents from our server to Web folders filled with error messages. Transfer to CRM database a nightmare.
Summary: Seems they do not want to work with us now that sale complete. Don't understand some of the tech glitches that have come up, though the glitches seem customary. Attitudes of tech consult and sales has us looking for new product.
