From X2Net :Turn your HTML pages into standalone applications with X2Net WebCompiler. Ideal for e-books, product catalogs, site demos, manuals, and searchable information distribution, WebCompiler offers password protection, a built-in installer, search, expiration options, a kiosk mode, and foreign language support. To create an EXE file, simply choose the root file and output file location, then press Compile. It's also possible to lock the compiled presentation to a single PC, making it ideal for secure distribution. WebCompiler supports nearly all features found in Internet Explorer 4, including JavaScript, plug-ins, Flash, and cookies. It does not extract files to disk, and optionally supports standard dual-key cryptography with 128-bit keys. Version 2.1.16 includes minor fixes and enhancements.
