"Solid Performer"

Pros
Noise activation! Movement activation! Time lapse JPGs and/or video.
Cons
Limited to only 60 - 7 second time lapse JPGs. No mulit-camera operation. Could not find a multi-camera software with noise activation.
Summary
I use an audio alarm and I need to have the noise activation that this product has. Would like to see this expanded to allow other discrete inputs to activate email notifications / event recording.

"Worst nag screen implementation I've ever seen!"

None. This was terrible from the start.
Cons
It was impossible to evaluate. Open the program ->Nag. Start capture->nag, open my laptop->nag, press any button-> nag. close the program->Nag. Nag, nag, nag, nag, nag, nag, nag, nag, nag.
Summary
I don't mind it being evaluation, but it is limited to 2 hours of recording an other limits related to FTP and such, isn't that enough? Or perhaps just a nag screen upon opening. But does it have to nag for every operation? This is a ridiculous implementation and shows it is written by those with little regard or trust for users.

"Excellent set of features and easy to use"

Pros
I used this software to try and see who was using my swimming pool while I was at work. I set it up with an inexpensive USB camera pointed at my pool from inside my house. It took a week, but I caught two neighborhood kids, problem solved.
Cons
None, worked really great.
Summary
Works much better than the built in software, the time stamping is excellent, the recordings are clear and it works with USB and IP cameras.

this can record for a set amount of time, record after motion for a set amount of time (multiple times before you come back), and it can just record non-stop.

this version is limmited to 2 houres of use (you must pay for any more)
