Version: WebAction 1.2
"Huge Time Saver! Easy to use."
Pros: I was spending about three hours a week downloading sales reports, now I get all my reports in about 10 minutes.
Blends in with Windows and the file structure is what I am used to as a Windows user (creating a My WebAction directory in My Documents, saving your files in a file tree, and even allowing shortcuts on your desktop).
I'm a fairly new user to this product, so I am sure that there are more uses, but for the time savings (and cost savings!) by downloading reports--this is HUGE. I love it.
Very easy to use, very professional.

"Best web automation tool I have used so far"
Pros: Compared to other web automation tools WebAction simple to use and very reliable. I use it download my bank account information. I like it so much that I advertise it on my own site: singularitysoft.com
