Version: Web Page Maker 3.1
"Designed for some who cannot use a computer"
Pros: It places text and picture on the screen. It great for the dumb of the dumbest. But it is not complex and is usable unlike a produce call Site Spinner where just moving picture seems to be a hardship. The templates are good but there are so few.
Cons: Imported pages are just a mess, the text needs to be edited by a bad form of ms-write, can not add or edit code unless exported. Hardly any features. No spell check. The list goes on and on.
Summary: There are over 200 better freeware products like Pablo software product which seem to be the same as this but with all the features. Maybe I just totally wrong and dumb down products are given a better result in today's market. These guys have reinvented the wheel with no tires and making million;s.

I don't know how that summary arrives at the conclusion that th4ere are over 200 better freeware products out there to build web sites - but I can assure you that my partner and I searched, downloaded them all and tried every one before discovering that Web Page Maker is THE BEST and THE EASIEST one to use.
YES you had better have more skills than just Web Page Maker if you want to make a totally awesome site. I use about 50 different programs at various stages of site design depending upon the site. That advice just like telling a someone who wants to cook that buying a pot to cook in isn't enough - you'll need other things like knives, ladles, spoons, etc to do a good job.
The longer you use Web Page Maker the better you will get at it. If you don't use it, you will never learn how good it is.
