Flexibility, Customizations, Great Automation, Easy to use for clients. Our organization has been using version 12.0.1 and have been really surprised with the improvements in performance and the amount of customization possibilities.
Takes some time to setup. Needs more html visual customization for E-Mail.
It's a one-stop-shop ticketing system which has saved us time and money.
